Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 377bat ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 377bat.pro and all related services, features, content, and products offered through that website.

By registering for an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service provided by 377bat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

377bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will always be noted at the top of this document.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

377bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected domestic bank transfer options including City Bank and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 377bat does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the payment section of the platform.

2.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request. Maximum single-transaction limits are set at the platform level and may vary based on your account verification status, payment method, and account history. 377bat reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice to users.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after midnight BST are processed the following morning. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, platform maintenance, or where additional KYC documentation is required. 377bat is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing timelines once funds have been dispatched from the platform.

2.4 Anti-Money Laundering

377bat is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Any attempt to use 377bat solely as a fund-transfer mechanism without genuine gaming activity will be treated as a suspicious transaction and reported in accordance with applicable financial regulations. 377bat reserves the right to freeze accounts pending investigation where suspicious financial activity is detected.

Game Rules, Betting & Fair Play

4.1 Game Availability

The availability of games on the 377bat platform may vary over time. 377bat reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from its library without prior notice. Players who have active bets on a game that is subsequently suspended will be treated according to the void bet policy described in Section 4.3.

4.2 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 377bat are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including stake amount, market selection, and odds — before confirming. Bets placed in error cannot be reversed after confirmation. 377bat is not responsible for bets placed under incorrect assumptions about rules, odds, or market availability.

4.3 Void Bets & Technical Errors

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: (a) a game or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without resumption within 48 hours; (b) an obvious pricing or technical error is identified in the odds or game engine; (c) a software malfunction affects the outcome of a round or spin. In all void cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of an acknowledged technical error will not be honoured and will be reversed.

4.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 377bat platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors
• Impersonating another player or using another person's account
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials
• Placing bets using VPN services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions

Responsible Gaming Obligations

377bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary restriction on your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour and are irreversible for the stated exclusion period.

Inactivity, Account Closure & Liability

6.1 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 377bat will notify the registered account holder by email before applying any inactivity fees. An inactivity fee of ৳100 per month (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from inactive account balances after the 12-month threshold is reached. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the inactivity period expires.

6.2 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your 377bat account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

6.3 Account Closure by 377bat

377bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected; (c) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or (d) continuation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform. In cases of fraudulent activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 377bat and its directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or third-party payment processing delays. 377bat's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim shall not exceed the total sum deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 377bat platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 377bat operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through 377bat's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected].

377bat aims to resolve all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. 377bat will provide details of the applicable resolution process in its response to any unresolved formal complaint.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. 377bat acknowledges that certain consumer protections may apply regardless of contractual wording, and these Terms do not seek to exclude such protections where they are mandated by law.
